Job summary

Qualifications
- Five+ years of experience in Product Management with digital experience.
- Knowledge of airline industry is preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology, Marketing or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the product strategy, vision and roadmap for the Business Rewards platform.
- Synthesize customer insights with human-centered design to drive initiatives and enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and commercial decisions.
- Coach and lead an Agile software squad to deliver high-quality outcomes.
