Job summary

Qantas Group seeks a Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end digital roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards platform, based in Adelaide. You will drive both project delivery and ongoing platform performance, ensuring stability, budget adherence and efficient use of resources.

You will lead cross-functional teams, scope options, build delivery plans, and manage complex interdependencies while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration across Loyalty, Technology, and Digital units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead in a digital environment.
• Experience in the airline industry or booking systems preferred.
• Ability to plan delivery from discovery through to release and optimise time to value.
• Strong coaching for Agile mindsets and practices to high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Miro.

• Own and deliver the end-to-end digital roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards platform, driving tangible product enhancements and customer experience improvements
• Drive both project delivery and ongoing platform performance, with accountability for stability, financial outcomes and resource management
• Full-time permanent position based at ournew Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide

As the Delivery Lead, you will lead the design, planning and delivery of the digital roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account. This role is responsible for identifying, scoping and implementing product enhancements, while assessing customer journey, infrastructure and resourcing impacts. You will manage delivery risks, elevate impediments where required, and work closely with cross-functional technology teams and vendors to ensure dependencies are clearly mapped, sequenced and delivered on time.

You will develop solution options, delivery plans and cost estimates while managing complex interdependencies across systems, people and processes. Partnering with stakeholders across Qantas Loyalty, Technology, Digital and operational teams, you will deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring outcomes meet business requirements, timelines and budgets. You will also be accountable for ongoing platform stability, operational support and financial management, including oversight of contingent labour, contractor management and associated governance.

You’ll have:

• 3+ yearsas an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager in a digital environment.
• Knowledge and experience in the airline industry or with booking systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan andcoordinatedelivery from discovery through to release, optimising time to value.
• Demonstrated ability to coach individuals and squads in adopting Agile mindsets and practices, enabling high-performing teams.
• Proficient in multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban,DesignThinking, and other frameworks.
• Strong capability in risk and issueidentification and management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Miro.
