Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a GDS Product Specialist to maintain the Digital Platforms and products within the Qantas Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account. This full-time role is based at our new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide, working with stakeholders, squads and external vendors to deliver customer-focused enhancements.

You will analyse product queries, develop actionable insights, and help shape the product development roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport.
• Experience delivering digital products in travel or similar industries.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Qantas Business Rewards digital platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver product enhancements.
• Develop reports to provide insights informing the product roadmap.
• Ensure production readiness of new digital features.
