Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end work across the Buy a Home journey within the CommBank app. You will champion the customer voice, shape opportunities and deliver measurable value in a hybrid Sydney-based role.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering and stakeholders to create intuitive, AI-enabled Financial Companion experiences for Home Buying, balancing user needs with business value and risk.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital products, app journeys or customer experience improvements from discovery through to implementation.
• Ability to independently lead a meaningful piece of work and maintain momentum across priorities.
• Strong user-centered problem solving to identify opportunities and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Champion the customer voice to identify friction and improve the home buying journey.
• Own product work end to end, from shaping opportunities through to delivery.
• Help reimagine the Buy a Home experience in the CommBank app, creating intuitive journeys.
