Qualifications

We are partnering with a growing financial services business that is looking to appoint a Product Manager to help shape and improve its product offering.

This is a broad product role for someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities and working with different parts of a business to turn ideas into commercially viable products and improvements.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, helping to ensure the organisation's products continue to deliver value for customers while supporting broader business objectives.

The Role

You will be responsible for a broad range of product activities, including:

• Helping define and execute product priorities and initiatives.
• Researching customer needs, market developments and competitor activity.
• Identifying opportunities for new products, enhancements and improvements.

Your Role

You will be an experienced Product Manager who is comfortable working in a complex and commercially focused environment.

You will ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management or a closely related discipline.
• Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, insurance or another regulated industry preferrably in lending
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.
• The ability to use customer and market insights to influence decisions.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working across different business functions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A structured approach to managing projects, priorities and competing deadlines.
• Confidence presenting recommendations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• An interest in technology, innovation and improving customer experiences.
• The ability to operate comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
