Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a highly capable Supply Planner – External & Sparkling AU to own supply planning for sparkling and external production portfolios. You will partner with Demand Planning, Sales and external production teams to ensure forward supply integrity, proactive planning and exceptional customer service.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytics and stakeholder engagement to drive planning best practices across the ANZ business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP or S&OP.
• Strong forecasting and analytical capability.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI highly regarded.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes.
• FMCG, beverage, consumer goods or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Sparkling production planning (long lead, ageing constraints).
• External production partner planning.
• Long-horizon, high-complexity supply planning.
• Build and manage 12–24 month production plans.
• Align tirage, ageing and release timing to demand.
• Prevent supply gaps through proactive forward planning.
• Own the planning interface with external partners.
• Ensure capacity alignment and delivery against plan.
• Maintain visibility of constraints and risks.
• Balance ageing stock and release profiles.
• Manage vintage transitions and SKU lifecycle.
• Prevent over/under supply of critical SKUs.
• Identify long-term risks early and build mitigation plans.
• Provide scenario options through IBP and S&OP cycles.

About The Role

We’re looking for a highly capable, commercially minded Supply Planner – External & Sparkling AU to own supply planning for our sparkling and external production portfolios. This is a pivotal role with end‑to‑end accountability across long‑lead production cycles, external partners, and high‑complexity planning horizons.

You’ll work closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Supply Chain and external production partners to ensure forward supply integrity, seamless execution, and exceptional customer service. This role blends strategic thinking, analytical depth, stakeholder influence and continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of planning best practice across the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities

• Sparkling production planning (long lead, ageing constraints)
• External production partner planning
• Long‑horizon, high‑complexity supply planning
• Build and manage 12–24 month production plans

• Prevent supply gaps through proactive forward planning

External Production
