Job summary

Dusk is seeking a highly organised Buying Assistant for our Alexandria Support Centre to support the Buying team across the product lifecycle. You’ll help ensure products move from concept to launch while maintaining accurate product information and meeting key seasonal milestones.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills; willingness to learn and develop in Buying/Merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Buying team across multiple product categories.
• Coordinate product samples, ensuring they are received, organised and available for meetings and reviews.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing and supplier details across internal systems.
• Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets and product trackers to support buying decisions.
• Assist with the preparation of range reviews, sign-off meetings and seasonal planning sessions.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure information is accurate and deadlines are met.
• Support the Buying team with purchase order administration and product data management.
• Assist with competitor research, market trends and product analysis as required.
• Ensure all product documentation is maintained accurately and filed appropriately.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider Product team.
