Maitland City Council is seeking a Product Analyst - TechnologyOne to support the ongoing improvement and delivery of the Council's ERP platform and related digital services.
You will work with business units, subject matter experts and technical teams to translate needs into clear requirements, document processes, prepare user stories and acceptance criteria, and assist with backlog and delivery activities to ensure systems remain effective and reliable.

You will also coordinate user acceptance testing, document defects, validate fixes and help prepare systems and users for upcoming releases. Through clear documentation, training resources and ongoing stakeholder support, you will help ensure Council's ERP services remain effective, reliable and responsive to organisational needs.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in business, customer experience, product management, digital services or information systems, or have an equivalent combination of relevant education, training and workplace experience.

Experience with Technology One or a similar ERP platform, or within local government, the public sector or another regulated environment, will be highly regarded.
This is a full-time, permanent role working a 35-hour week, with a base salary range of $94,812 to $105,241 per year + 12% super.
