IGA in Barwon Heads on the coast is seeking a Produce Department Lead to set the tone for the store. You will run the produce department day to day, order, rotate and merchandise for freshness and minimal waste, and build displays that sell.

You will train and lead your produce team, bringing fresh produce experience from supermarket or greengrocer, a sharp eye for quality and presentation, and the ability to start early shifts.
