Peries IGA Supermarket Group is seeking a positive, experienced Dairy Freezer Manager to run the Dairy & Freezer section, ensuring stock, presentation, and efficient daily operations. You will support the team, focus on customer needs, and uphold our community‑oriented standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a Dairy/Freezer role, can work in cold environments, and are capable of lifting up to 15 kg. Peries IGA offers ongoing training and development within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in a Dairy/Freezer department or dairy management.
• Able to lift up to 15 kg.
• Willingness to work in a cold environment.

This supermarket is well established in the community and prides itself on its strong Customer Service Focus.

The store has a friendly and experienced team and we are looking for a positive and experienced person to assist with maintaining our strong in store standards The successful candidate should look forward to supporting our team and assist in growing our successful business.

The Dairy Freezer Manager position will be responsible for the day to day running of the Dairy & Freezer section of the store.

Major duties and responsibilities will include;

• Maintain a well stock and presented department
• Managing Markdowns and Wastage
• Order the needs for this department
• Have a strong customer focus with a desire to satisfying customers’ requests and needs as your number one priority
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Suitable candidates must have an ability to work in a cold environment and have no restrictions with respect to lifting up to 15kg. A minimum of 1years’ experience in working in or managing a Dairy / Freezer Department.
