Job summary

Premier Fresh Australia is seeking motivated Produce Handlers (Pick Packers) with machine operation experience to join our Adelaide team. We have casual positions available for an immediate start.

As a Produce Handler you will operate warehouse machinery, handle order fulfilment, and ensure quality and safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced environment. This role offers early morning shifts starting at 7.30am, Monday to Friday availability, and a supportive team focused on accuracy and

Qualifications

• Previous experience with machine operation.
• Flexible to work early morning shifts (7.30am starts).
• Available Monday - Friday.
• Previous pick/packing experience is highly regarded.
• Possesses and uses good interpersonal, communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• General awareness, interest and understanding of health safety and wellbeing practices.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation; proper usage of all machinery and equipment.
• Order Fulfilment; preparing product in accordance with appropriate procedures and customer specifications including quality control, grading, pre-packing, weighing, and assembling.
• Understand the specifications relating to labeling produce. The accurate and complete preparation and receipt of Value-Added Batch (VAB).
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Food Safety processes & procedures as instructed by the Supervisor.
• Competency to learn and operate the required warehouse machinery.
