About the Role

As a Pick Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed, prepared, and dispatched accurately while meeting daily productivity targets. Working within a busy warehouse and manufacturing setting, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of the business by maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing and dispatching products in line with productivity targets
• Ensuring stock availability to meet customer and sales demand
• Identifying process efficiencies to minimise downtime
