IAG is seeking a Procurement Transformation & Enablement Manager to lead a major transformation program in Sydney, driving procurement simplification, smarter processes and data‑driven decisions. The role partners across Technology, Risk and Finance to uplift governance and supplier risk management.

Based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), this permanent full‑time position requires strategic leadership, change management and a track record of delivering measurable value in procurement

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives in procurement or similar functions.
• Ability to set strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, governance and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement’s transformation strategy and roadmap with practical initiatives.
• Drive digitisation including AI, automation and data solutions to improve productivity.
• Improve procurement processes, governance and controls.
• Uplift supplier risk management and governance across the lifecycle.
• Strengthen governance, monitor performance and manage risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to enable change.
• Provide reporting and insights for senior leadership oversight.
