Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Procurement Lead, Procurement Manager, Category Manager, or Procurement Team Lead role.
• Strong end-to-end procurement and sourcing experience.
• Experience leading procurement transformation, process improvement, or change initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Team Lead to join a high-profile transformation program for an initial 3-6 month contract based in Sydney CBD.

This is a business-focused procurement leadership role, ideally suited to someone with a strong background in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Experience working as an SAP user within enterprise environments is highly desirable, however this is not a technical SAP configuration role.

You will lead procurement initiatives, drive process improvements, and work closely with business stakeholders to support procurement transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
