Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Australia seeks a Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager on the WoAG contract, handling tender docs, supplier engagement, contract admin, reporting, and governance.

You will gain exposure to large-scale government procurement, contractor management, and national service delivery; 1-3 years of procurement experience; strong communication; MS Office; able to work across Canberra/Sydney/Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field; 1–3 years preferred.
• Basic contractor management experience with KPIs, SLAs, and scopes of work.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong time-management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and coordination of tender documentation, EOI, contract drafting, and supplier communications.
• Issue notices of award, variations, novations, deeds, and termination letters.
• Assist with transition-in and transition-out activities for procured services.
• Maintain procurement records, including pipelines, RFx documentation, submissions, evaluations, and contract databases.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional Cushman & Wakefield teams.
• Support contractor performance management, including attending meetings and recording minutes.
• Coordinate contractor communications and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Uphold Cushman & Wakefield’s global policies, including Code of Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Vendor Integrity, and Health & Safety.
• Actively contribute to Cushman & Wakefield’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals.
