Beon Energy Solutions Pty is seeking a Procurement & Subcontract Specialist for a 12-month parental leave cover. You will support the Contracts and Procurement team to establish supplier and subcontractor agreements that drive successful, profitable project delivery.

You’ll collaborate with project delivery, engineering, contracts, procurement, legal, finance and risk teams to ensure procurement arrangements meet project and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Law or similar field.
• Good understanding of contracting principles and legal terminology.
• Experience in drafting project agreements (confidentiality, early works, supply, construction, services).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building at project/organisational level.
• Experience in the Australian renewable energy industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review commercial and contractual matters for tender/proposals.
• Support procurement of goods and services; assist RFx development and supplier assessments.
• Manage subcontract review with inputs from engineering, delivery, legal, finance, and risk.
• Assist in Beon’s contractual arrangements (insurance renewals, audits, third party claims).
• Support projects to improve delivery and impact of Contracts and Procurement.
