Job summary

Vinova partners with an established Australian renewable energy business to expand its project portfolio. The role of Contracts & Procurement Manager is to support commercial delivery across major renewable energy projects, leading procurement, contracting negotiations through to execution and close-out, with external legal support for complex matters.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement, contracts or commercial management experience within renewable energy, power or major infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender processes, commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations.
• Negotiate and close out BESS, BoP, EPC and major supply/service contracts.
• Review contractual departures and negotiate commercial terms.
• Support the development of contracting and procurement strategies for upcoming projects.
• Manage contracts through negotiation, execution and commercial close-out.
• Work closely with EPC, engineering, project and external legal teams.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks throughout the procurement process.
• Build strong relationships with major contractors, OEMs and project suppliers.
