Job summary

The Department of Transport and Main Roads QLD – Buderim QLD is recruiting a specialist procurement professional for a temporary full-time assignment from 02/11/2026 to 02/11/2027. You will provide high-level procurement advice across the full lifecycle, supporting the North Coast Region's QTRIP program and related road infrastructure contracts.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of procurement policies and procedures.
• Ability to guide and mentor procurement officers.
• Experience coordinating tender and quotation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level procurement advice across the full lifecycle for the North Coast Region.
• Support delivery of procurement for QTRIP and road construction contracts.
• Develop evaluation plans, procurement plans and assist with contract awards.
• Coordinate tender assessments and administer Tenders/Quotations via QTenders.
