Job summary

Talent International is recruiting a Procurement Officer/ Sourcing Specialist to support NSW Government operations from Burwood in a hybrid working arrangement. The contract runs until 30 December, with potential extension, and offers $55–$60/hour plus Super.

The role requires managing end-to-end sourcing events, RFQs/RFPs, and procurement contracts, with collaboration across Finance, Procurement Services and other centres of excellence. ARIBA/SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing goods and services sourcing events.
• Experience preparing RFQs and RFPs.
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for goods and services.
• Prepare, draft and manage RFQs, RFPs and sourcing documentation.
• Assist with drafting procurement contracts and supporting documentation.
• Process purchase orders accurately within required timeframes.
• Conduct sourcing using Beeline, Guided Buy and ARIBA.
• Provide procurement advice to internal stakeholders.
• Resolve sourcing, system and process issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support customers with procurement system adoption.
• Maintain a high-volume workload with accurate, responsive service.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in an agile team.
