Job summary

AC Solar Warehouse is a leading solar wholesaler providing solar and energy storage equipment across Australia and New Zealand. This Procurement Administrator role sits in our Cairns office, supporting day-to-day purchasing, stock control and supplier coordination to ensure optimal product availability for customers.

You will work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced renewable energy environment, with hands-on procurement responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in administration (a purchasing or inventory support role would be adventagous)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with data and systems
• Good analytical and numerical ability
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to build & maintain effective supplier & internal relationships
• Commitment to following processes and contributing to improvements
• A current driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing, including raising and tracking POs, monitoring inventory levels and metrics, updating ETAs and shipment details, and coordinating with warehouses and suppliers.
• Work closely with our sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, data accuracy and efficient procurement processes.

About the Role:

Our office is expanding, and we’re looking for a capable and detail-focusedProcurement Administratorto join our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring we have the right products on hand, accurate information in our systems and reliable supply for our customers.
