Randstad is partnering with a large-scale client to recruit a Procurement Officer (AO4 equivalent) for their Cannon Hill office in Brisbane. The full-time, strictly on-site role centers on procurement, contract management, and reporting across diverse categories.

You’ll work with the Strategic Sourcing team to deliver comprehensive purchasing services, manage tenders and evaluations, and align activities with regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• End-to-end procurement, purchasing and contract management lifecycle experience.
• Strong data analysis and procurement reporting capabilities.
• Experience preparing and managing complex tenders in construction, maintenance or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills to support strategic objectives.
• Awareness of current industry procurement and estimating practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide purchasing, procurement, and reporting services to the wider business.
• Prepare and call both routine and complex tenders across multiple categories.
• Manage tender evaluations and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Assist Strategic Sourcing with procurement strategy and reporting.
• Apply best practices in procurement and estimating to support contracts.
