Job summary

Bidfood Tamworth is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and purchasing coordinator to help keep stock flowing. You’ll monitor stock levels, place orders, and work with sales reps to source new products and suppliers.

The role also involves data accuracy, supplier pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to support branch operations. Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, comfortable with numbers and systems, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Must be organised with strong numerical ability and data accuracy.
• Clear communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Experience with stock or fast-paced environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and generate reports.
• Process purchase orders and stock transfers.
