Bidfood Tamworth is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and purchasing coordinator to help keep stock flowing. You’ll monitor stock levels, place orders, and work with sales reps to source new products and suppliers.

The role also involves data accuracy, supplier pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to support branch operations. Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, comfortable with numbers and systems, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues and suppliers.

About the role

On a day-to-day basis, you'll manage stock levels and place orders to keep inventory flowing. You'll also work closely with sales reps to source new products and introduce new suppliers. The role will also be responsible for:

• Monitoring inventory and generating reports
• Processing purchase orders and stock transfers
• Applying supplier deals and promotional pricing
• Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate product and pricing data
• Supporting admin tasks and branch operations
• Representing Bidfood with a professional, solutions-focused approach

About you

While previous purchasing experience is preferred, we're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working with numbers and systems. You're a clear communicator who enjoys being part of a team, can juggle multiple tasks and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.
