Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, meat or protein is valued but not essential.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to think commercially and work with data and suppliers.
• Ambition to develop beyond transactional purchasing and grow into sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing across dry goods and assigned categories.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and follow up suppliers for continuity of supply.
• Monitor pricing, availability, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Maintain supplier, pricing and procurement data accurately.
• Participate in RFQs, tenders and supplier sourcing activities and support negotiations.
