Job summary

Spiecapag Australia is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our team and provide administrative and coordination support to the Supply Chain function. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role ensures procurement activities are recorded and processed in line with procedures.

The site-based position collaborates with procurement, project, finance and operations, with FIFO from any Australian capital city available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain and procurement administration or similar support role.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management.
• Proficient with MS Office; ERP/finance systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain function.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and supplier records.
• Process procurement requests, purchase orders and approvals.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and compliance records.
• Maintain procurement status registers and track activities.
• Assist with quotations and procurement reporting.
• Support governance, audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
