Job summary

SA Power Networks is seeking a Procure to Pay Officer in Adelaide to coordinate end-to-end procurement transactions and accounts payable activities. The role supports a 12-month fixed-term contract and involves working with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori across P2P processes.

You will help ensure invoices are paid on time, maintain PO/invoice records, and build strong supplier relationships while supporting internal stakeholders and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience across end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to governance, compliance and accurate processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement transactions and accounts payable activities.
• Process purchase orders, invoices and GR/IR reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate PO and invoice records and support supplier relationships.
• Support compliance and drive effective procurement and finance outcomes.
