Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Western Australia is seeking a Quarry Production Supervisor to oversee daily mining and crushing operations, manage a team, and drive efficiency and safety across our aggregates production. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will monitor processes, implement improvements, and ensure Zero Harm principles while delivering reliable product to customers.

The Role

As a Quarry Production Supervisor , you will oversee daily mining & crushing operations to ensure the efficient and safe production of aggregates. You will manage a team, monitor production processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet business goals.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be multi-faceted and be responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.
