Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Quarry Production Supervisor to oversee daily mining and crushing operations, ensuring safe, efficient production of aggregates. You will manage a on-site team, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet business goals.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will coordinate with stakeholders, apply risk management, and foster a culture of Zero Harm while delivering reliable service to internal customers.

The Role

As a Quarry Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily mining & crushing operations to ensure the efficient and safe production of aggregates. You will manage a team, monitor production processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet business goals. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be multi-faceted and be responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement. • Experience in quarrying, mining, or a related industry (supervisory experience preferred)
• Have coached and developed your team with a focus on production enhancement and improvement
