Job summary
Tomingley Gold Operations is seeking an experienced Processing Manager to lead our processing team from a residential base in Central West NSW. Reporting to the General Manager, you will champion safe, efficient and reliable production, drive plant performance, and mentor our people while exploring opportunities to improve recovery, throughput and overall efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a CIL Gold processing plant.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Processing Strategies and Plans to meet statutory and company requirements.
- Provide regular communication to the site team on performance and plans.
- Create and support an environment of continuous improvement.
- Manage annual budget and life-of-mine updates with quarterly re-forecasting.
- Identify site hazards and ensure controls are implemented.
- Ensure monthly reporting meets group timetables.
