Westgold Personnel Pty Ltd is offering a full-time, permanent role based at the Fortnum Processing Plant in Australia. The role focuses on optimizing the gold processing plant, leading a team, and maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will work a 7 nights on, 7 days on, 14 days off roster, with camp facilities provided. Requirements include a WA driver’s licence, a Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate, Sag/Ball Mill experience, SCADA/PLC familiarity, and CMMS knowledge.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience within a gold processing plant.
• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate.
• Experience with SCADA and PLC systems.
• Proficient MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish shift strategies to minimize disruption to the gold process.
• Monitor plant operations including water usage and dam levels.
• Liaise with gold room personnel for gravity, elution, and related activities.
• Operate Ignition process control systems.
• Identify maintenance needs and drive improvements in output and efficiency.
• Support safety culture and mentor the team.
