This 12-month fixed term role offers outdoor work, shift flexibility on a 7-day roster, and exposure to the full processing cycle from ore treatment to final product. A commitment to safety and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• Tasmania resident preferred.
• Willingness to learn and operate processing plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support site safety initiatives.
• Maintain surveillance of work stations for safe operations.
• Complete shift log sheets and record variances.
• Complete area inspection and report conditions.
• Conduct clean-up duties to ensure plant equipment is functioning properly and safely.
• Identify and control hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
