Job summary

Programmed is hiring Food Production Workers in Rydalmere, NSW for casual, night-shift roles (12:00 AM – 5:00 AM) with ongoing long-term opportunities. Pay rate is 33.05 AUD per hour (day rate) with additional dock shifts possibly available. Work Monday to Friday, with paid training provided.

You will be picking, packing, and QA of bread products across production lines and warehouse. Ideal candidates are hands-on, able to stand for shifts, comfortable with walking and lifting bread crates, and

We Are Hiring: Food Manufacturing Production Workers (Immediate start)

Our client, a leading manufacturer of popular bread products, is seeking Production Workers to join their dynamic team on a casual basis in Rydalmere with ongoing work & long-term opportunities!

• Pay Rate: $33.05ph (day rate)
• Shift: Night shift - 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Night Shift: 12am - 5am (approx. 20- 25 hours per week)
• Must be available Mid-day Thursday and Friday, plus one additional shift each week
• Additional Dock shifts may be available from 1am - 9am
• Paid training provided (5-hour session between 7am and 10am start)

Your Day-to-Day

• Picking and packing bread products
• Sorting, labelling, and quality checking products
• Working on production lines and within the warehouse
• Manual handling and moving bread crates
• General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
• Supporting both Breadroom and Dock operations when required

Is This You?

• Enjoys hands-on, active work
• Can be on their feet for the duration of the shift
• Is comfortable walking up to 15,000-20,000 steps per shift
• Can safely lift and move bread crates throughout the day
• Works well in a team environment
• Has basic to intermediate computer skills
• Has reliable transport and full working rights in Australia
