Job summary

Steel-Line Garage Doors is seeking reliable and skilled Process Workers to join our manufacturing team at our Darra facility. This full-time role runs 2pm to 10pm and is ideal for hands-on applicants who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy practical, task-based work.

As part of the production team, you will assemble garage door components, operate hand and power tools, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet Steel-Line's standards.

This is a full-time position - 2pm to 10pm - offering stable employment and the opportunity to contribute to the manufacture of high‑quality garage doors in a safe, well‑organised environment.

The Role

As part of our production team, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of garage door components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and manufacturing garage door components in line with work instructions
• Safe operation of hand and power tools
• Maintaining consistent product quality through precision and attention to detail
• Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet Steel-Line standards
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety‑focused work environment

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production assembly
• Experience using hand and power tools in a production or workshop environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output
• Ability to follow work instructions, processes, and quality standards
• A strong safety mindset and commitment to WHS procedures
