Steel-Line Garage Doors is seeking a Warehouse Group Leader to join our team in Darra, Queensland. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to lead and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution and storage of our products. As Warehouse Group Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse activities, supervising team members, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy and productivity. This leadership position is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse team members, providing coaching, training and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, including conducting safety briefings and audits
• Manage inventory control systems and maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements
• Identify operational improvements and implement solutions to enhance warehouse performance
• Maintain warehouse facilities, equipment and safety standards to the highest level
• Report on key performance indicators and warehouse metrics to senior management

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments with a track record of managing teams effectively
