Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join a WA minesite on an 8/6 7/7 FIFO roster. You will lead a production team, drive safe work practices and ensure reliable operations to meet targets.

You will collaborate closely with maintenance and management to optimise performance, minimise downtime and develop the operations team while fostering a positive culture in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. S26 qualification and a valid driver’s licence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years proven experience in a similar Processing role.
• Strong communication and adaptable leadership style.
• Experience with mineral processing plants incl. flotation and crushing.
• S26 Qualification essential.

Experience Required:

• 3-5 + years proven experience in a similar role in Processing
• High quality communication skills with a malleable leadership style
• Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
• Prior Nickel, Lithium, Copper, Zinc, Lead or Rare Earths experience is desirable.
• Experience on mineral processing plants with flotation, primary & secondary crushing, grinding circuits is essential.
• S26 Qualification is essential
