Job summary

Amazon Australia is seeking a Process Improvement Intern for ACES, Operations. This role offers a fast-paced, international environment where you will learn from driven colleagues and contribute to improving fulfillment center processes.

You will analyze data, map processes, and work with site management and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, delivering scalable improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Currently in the penultimate year pursuing a degree in business, management, accounting, finance or related field, graduating in 2027.
• Experience using data or testimonials to influence business decision-making.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives designed to evolve the experience for front line operators or associates and make our processes more efficient.
• Ensure process compliance and address any gaps.
• Analyze feedback we receive and use data to improve processes at the site.
• Work with site management and other stakeholders to identify and resolve process-related issues .
