Responsibilities
- Review transportation process from Fulfillment Centres to delivery stations.
- Ensure sufficient bandwidth in sortation team for peak delivery times.
- Assist Area Managers in performance reviews and mentoring station supervisors.
- Improve throughput and sustain delivery performance improvements.
- Analyze data reports to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Research process control and Kaizen-based improvements.
