Job summary

Sedgman Prudentia is seeking a Process Engineer for the Minerals Processing Brownfields team in Brisbane or Adelaide. You are a self-motivated, results-driven professional passionate about multidiscipline design projects and delivering value to clients.

You will hands-on develop process deliverables, support design teams, and may take on onsite commissioning or testwork roles. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (process, chemical or metallurgy).
• 3-5 years’ experience in engineering projects.
• Experience with hydrometallurgical processes.
• Experience developing/updating process engineering documents.
• Experience supporting projects with client/stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop key process deliverables: process design criteria, mass balance, PFDs, P&IDs, control philosophy.
• Support multidiscipline deliverables and activities: operation/execution plans, equipment specs.
• Potential for short-term onsite roles (commissioning, testwork, production support).
• Provide input into high-level schedules, cost estimates and proposals.
• Develop reports and presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
