Job summary

InfraBuild in Newcastle, NSW is seeking a Process Engineer to lead and support quality and process improvement across Rod Mill operations. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Technical teams, suppliers and leadership to drive safe, reliable production.

You will identify improvement opportunities, resolve complex process challenges, and develop control systems, procedures and standards to optimise plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaborative skills to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support quality and process improvement projects across Rod Mill operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Technical teams, Suppliers and Leadership to implement improvements.
• Develop, maintain and improve process control systems, procedures and operating standards.
