We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Villawood manufacturing site, home to three key production lines producing world-class acoustic panels for Woven Image's domestic and export markets.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for driving process improvement, operational excellence and manufacturing performance across the site. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams to improve safety, quality, productivity and reliability while supporting Villawood's vision of becoming a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) facility.
This is a hands-on role that combines process engineering, continuous improvement and project delivery, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on manufacturing performance and business outcomes.
