  • Monitor operational KPIs and provide insights to support data-driven decision‑making.
  • Standardise and sustain improvements through documentation, training and ongoing performance review.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, compliance and environmental performance.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial processing or production environment.
  • Strong process improvement capability with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Experience analysing production data and using metrics to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis and structured continuous improvement techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence teams and drive sustainable change in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) frameworks.
  • Experience supporting capital projects, equipment upgrades or manufacturing optimisation programs.
  • Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP or Minitab.
  • Experience within continuous manufacturing, textiles, building products or related industries.

You will be a practical, hands‑on engineer who enjoys working closely with manufacturing teams to solve problems, improve processes and deliver measurable results.
