Job summary

Copter Pest Control Inc in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams and project managers to understand business needs, improve processes and deliver practical technology solutions in a hybrid Sydney environment.

You will gather requirements, map processes, support UAT, and help translate business needs into actionable documentation while working across agile projects and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and manage business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into documentation for technical teams.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify improvements.
• Work with Project Managers, Developers, Product Owners and others across delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Support UAT, including developing test scenarios, coordinating users and managing issues.
• Analyze business data and processes to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with project documentation, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Help ensure solutions delivered meet the original business requirements.
