Qualifications

• Trade qualification, diploma or degree in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on hardware skills—wiring, crimping, soldering—plus experience calibrating and testing equipment with measurement instruments.
• Experience with automated or computer‑controlled equipment, including setup, adjustment and troubleshooting.
• A process improvement mindset, with experience developing or optimising processes in a production, test or lab environment.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working closely with engineers.
