Job summary

Whizdom in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Process Analyst to document, analyse, and redesign end-to-end business processes across multiple stakeholder groups.

You will lead discovery workshops, model current and future-state processes using BPMN 2.0, identify improvements, and support governance and program delivery.

This role offers a contract through to Sep 2027 with an attractive hourly rate and Brisbane CBD Fringe/WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Process Analyst in large organisations
• Strong BPMN 2.0 modelling experience
• Proven ability to identify business process improvements and deliver practical recommendations
• Experience working across business, operational and technology stakeholders
• Strong facilitation, workshop and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of BPM principles and process governance frameworks
• Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to broader program outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Document current-state processes, roles, systems, controls and information flows
• Develop future-state process models using BPMN 2.0 and recognised standards
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks and automation opportunities
• Facilitate workshops and validation sessions to gain stakeholder alignment
• Contribute to process governance frameworks, ownership models and performance measures
• Support business transformation initiatives through process design and implementation activities
• Produce high-quality process documentation and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Change Leads and SMEs across the program
