Job summary

Beaumont Select is recruiting for a Tactical Sourcing Specialist on a 12-month contract with a focus on hands-on procurement support in our active global pharma client’s purchasing team.

The role is highly operational, requiring proactive coordination of supplier onboarding, RFx, contract administration and PO follow-up, with a hybrid on-site requirement at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Previous Purchasing / Procurement experience is essential.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, RFx, contract administration or PO follow-up is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support across tactical procurement activities.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and track actions to completion.
• Support fx administration and maintain timelines.
• Assist contract administration and PO follow-up.
• Monitor and escalate blockers to keep procurement moving.
