Job summary

Beaumont Select is seeking an experienced Procurement Category Lead – IT to own a broad IT/Technology spend portfolio within a major Financial Services group. This hybrid role covers SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and IT services, with on-site presence in Manchester or Peterborough and a flexible home working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cost savings and value through IT procurement.
• Knowledge of software, cloud, hardware and IT services markets.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa or Oracle.
• Strong stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT and Technology procurement lifecycle.
• Develop and implement IT category and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate complex agreements and SLAs with suppliers.
• Drive cost optimisation and supplier consolidation.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk and business units.
