Job summary

Kineticgroup in Coomera, Queensland, is seeking a Specialist – Worker Wellbeing (Injury Management) to lead end-to-end injury management and return-to-work initiatives across the business. This hands-on role focuses on timely, well-documented, people-centered outcomes during sensitive recoveries.

You will partner with operational leaders, healthcare and insurer partners, maintain SOLV case records, identify risks, and provide reporting to drive continuous improvement in wellbeing and recovery

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end injury management and recovery at work cases, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met.
• Act as a trusted contact for injured workers through return to work matters.
• Maintain meticulous case notes and documentation using SOLV.
• Identify risks and barriers and resolve them.
• Liaise with medical providers, insurers and internal stakeholders to support safe return to work outcomes.
• Provide accurate reporting and insights to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with operational leaders to promote early intervention and recovery culture.
