Job summary

Path 2 Life Care Pty in Sydney is seeking an energetic Support Worker who is proactive, engaging and a native English speaker to join our team.

You will engage with clients in the community, assist with light domestic tasks and provide some personal care, working both independently and in a supportive team environment.

Applicants should have relevant certifications and a valid Australia work right, with a COVID-19 vaccination record and a driver’s license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Native English, community engagement, and personal care experience expected.
• CPR, First Aid, and Certificate III in Individual Support are preferred qualifications.
• Legal right to work in Australia and full COVID-19 vaccination status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members proactively.
• Perform light domestic tasks as needed.
• Provide personal care to clients as required.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
