Job summary

My Supports is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team and help make a difference in the community. You will provide person-centred, community-inclusive support, work with Team Leaders and fellow support workers, and respond to clients' needs while maintaining professional boundaries.

The role prefers candidates with Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence, plus comprehensive car insurance required upon commencement.

• Experience in person-centred support and community-based care.

• Permanent Australian Working Rights preferred.
