Qualifications

• Experience in Client Service Officer, Client Services Associate or Wealth Administration roles.
• Experience in private wealth, financial planning or investment management.
• Understanding of investment platforms, financial products and client onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality administrative and client service support to Private Wealth Advisers.
• Managing client onboarding, account establishment and ongoing maintenance.
• Preparing and processing investment documentation, applications and transactions.
• Liaising with clients, investment platforms, fund managers and external providers.
• Assisting with the preparation and implementation of financial advice documentation.
• Coordinating client meetings, preparing relevant paperwork and managing follow-up actions.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to an exceptional client experience.
